The staff is respectful, the breakfast inclusive, the location is excellent adjacent to old San Juan as well as highways.

The staff was efficient that goes above-and-beyond customer service.

Calm hotel with warm breakfasts and impressive rooms, that's what we loved. The beds were uncomfortable here, yet it was an enjoyable stay all in all.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice area, really close to restaurants as well as the Freeways to San Juan and other parts of the Island. The onsite bar was nice and the staff were supper friendly.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals. We got a reasonably large room where all the pillows are stored.

Everything was very good, spotlessly clean hotel, unbeatable location to many places. The room was cozy, with a nice view of the city.

Phenomenal staff, practical location, extraordinarily good value for money. My room was immaculate and had a fine bed. I loved that breakfast was light and included boiled eggs, sausages, hot waffles and cheese. The service was all in all exemplary.
